1. Product Description:The
Bottle Rotary Weighing Checkweigher is mainly composed of front chain feeding, clamping turntable, weighing module, discharging chain and rejection.
Front chain feeding: The front feeding chain conveys the tested products to the turntable one by one through photoelectric induction. .
Clamping turntable: The corresponding number of products are clamped to the weighing module by the clamping turntable to ensure the accuracy of the quantity.
Weighing module: Complete the collection of weight signals. When the tested product passes through the weighing module, all weight data of the entire process are analyzed and calculated to calculate the weight of the tested product. At the same time, the weighing module will determine whether the obtained weight data is within the required weight range.
Rejection belt: When the product passes through this conveyor belt, the qualified ones continue to be conveyed backwards. If it is not within the required weight range, the machine will start the rejection mechanism to reject the unqualified (overweight/underweight) products.
